Cps needs to vary smash, drop and punch shot to lady side. Else waste lots of energy. Not getting young. ;)

Has anyone ever question why is GLY still playing, she is so stiff and not moving and never mind that she can't cover the back and have weak shots. End up, CPS is having to cover most of the courts. A reasonable opponent would tear their games apart. See the Japanese pair was toying with them today in All England semi finals.

Maybe cos she needs to pay the bills and put food on the table like the rest of us?

Why don’t you try having double knee surgery and see how fast and flexible you are.

Well, this is their last chance at OG so that's why they're still at it. I'm sure they will call a day after that because they aren't getting any faster or more powerful with age... But I can't imagine them even medalling this time around.

If CPS gets a semi decent partner like perhaps someone like Vivian Hoo, perhaps they have a few more years to go. See the Japanese opponent today, this is made of a previous women's double players and immediately they are showing results. I can understand the need to be loyal to a partnership but at some point if it is dragging both down, one needs to make a call to let go and let the other half of the partnership to continue with new partnership.

Sports can be a very ruthless career, only the very best can Mae it a career, the rest are just trying to survive. In this case, I am seeing that CPS is still very good at what he does but just need a new partnership.

CPS/GLY are no longer under the national team umbrella, so they don’t have the option to swap out with other BAM players.

Can we just discuss topic at hand? Back up your points with facts otherwise I will just assume you BS. You certainly don't know me and do pretend to read my mind.

New pairing would not qualify for Olympics so it’s the wrong time to think of any new pairing

Vivian Hoo may pair up with Tan Boon Heong if the latter is able to make a comeback after long period absent due to covid-19 pandemic...

    Covid bro. No Taiping.

Cps weakness now is stamina. Once he is tired, the mistakes will come. Observe it. Again, he shd play smart. Not blindly hitting to the guys. Go for the weaker partner no matter what.

Gly can still create chances even though she is slower.

Need to think strategy now because they dont have the speed or stamina to beat others ;).

3 options. Speed, strategy or stamina. Inly strategy left in them. ;) Play smart. Guna otak la.... lol
