Pros mostly use AC102EX overgrip (if you overlap very very little you can wrap it all the way up to the shaft like how Wang CL does)

Liliyana used to go nuts before retiring with overgrip, as seen:

Then there's one dude who thought "I'm gonna one up everyone and do it with a towel instead"...

Sigit Budiarto used to do this as well, both with overgrip and towel grip. I never understood this, especially with towel grip, as it certainly makes your racket slower.

i noticed a lot of people who do that are very powerful players who are playing with rackets that seem a bit too flexible for their power. Wang with NF700, Yoo yeon seong with BS12 and NF700, sigit with AT800D. I heard the racket plays stiffer because the grip makes the cone area stiffer during impact with this grip setup, so maybe there's something to that.

Need to mention that even after 2 years of its release, we are yet to see proof of a 3U NF700 (Wang and others might be using this in 4U). Or was it overlooked by me?

Anybody know what APACS racket Ajay Jayaram uses? I saw him use this racket in the Danisa Denmark Open 2020.

Is there a site or link that shows famous players rackets in detail like from stringers? It would be interesting to see if players are using 3u or 4u or whatever weightclass. Thanks.

There isn't a direct link that I know of. But there have been posts in the past claiming to be from tournament stringers that show the info you're looking for.

I think at least one of these posts had their own separate thread over in the stringing section, but I don't remember what the title was or anything like that.

He uses YONEX Aerobite the hybrid string at the moment I’m pretty sure. Previously I dunno.

Rackets he used from what I know are Voltric Z Force, Voltric Z Force 2, Duora 10, and Duora Z Strike.

Just noticed (maybe this is even old news..) but danish players who use forza rackets, are using mizuno shoes.. At least for Mia Blichfeldt and Alexandra Bøje, spotted during the European mixed championship. Does anybody know if this a contract thing, or a coincidence?

@Leemarc28 Daniel Marthin looks like he might be using the 3D Calibar 900C (Racket has green, grey, and black accent marks) and Leo Rolly Carnando using 3D Calibar 600C.

FZ Forza is known in Denmark for not being the best at making badminton shoes. So a lot of their sponsored players use mizuno or asics shoes instead. I believe it's the cushion in the shoes they haven't figured out how to do yet. I had a pair once, and they were the worst i've ever tried lol
