In the latest video on his youtube channel, the isolation tape #2, ViktorAxelsen is revealing detailes of his current racket: the standard 100zz (not special or modified version), towel without tape undernieth, bg80, 32lbs with 10% prestretch. Would be interesting to know, if yonex is still adding 10% to the crosses for him. The racket is 3u4g.

I know it's not racquets but it's still an equipment in the form of a bag... side by side comparo with the event equipment sponsor...

I just wanna say, did Li Ning poach a YY designer who forgot that he/she switched employers or something?
HOLY **** what the hell, Li Ning?
And that brown is like so... used for a thousand years even before it left the factory man.

Its actually good i think & multi function to.
Think of it on sunday morning you go to market, putting all fruit & vegetables there. After that you go home & put out the vegetables & put in your equipment. Imagine how your racket smell like a fresh & healthy vegetable. But wait... This is not a shuttle cork, its a baby chick... Does the egg hatch?

Li Ning actually offers a wide product range of fashion and clothing products, with the badminton stuff being a part of their range.

Over the last few years they have been transferring from a rather basketball/street fashion oriented design to feature much more "retro style" clothing.

This brown color is one of the recurring colors of this retro theme that you See quite often (you can take a look at their latest Paris/New York Fashion Week designs).

If you take a look at their website(s) you will see that they have a very diverse range of shoes, bags and badminton clothing designs (imo the best in terms of badminton brands but due to its diversity there is a big Chance you will dislike quite a few designs).

I would guess LN offered JC a selection of bags to choose from and he went with this brown-ish design (although I agree that it is by far not the most attractive Design they have...)

Yeah there is totally a retro vibe going on! Axelson looking like a decades past MS players clad in all white apart from narrow bands of yonex green/blue colours. Even the shoes were white.

In other news, while holding the 88S/D at the signing,

Wang Chi Lin goes back to the NF700 while new recruit Lee Yang chooses NF800.

Lazy to snap a pic, dark colors and piss poor video sharpness makes finding that perfect frame troublesome.
Also the way he shakes his frame while waiting for shot means... pain in the ass finding the nice moment.

Most importantly aside from the granny underwear bag base color,

Personally I think you're missing the elephant in the room that is the colored, stacked stripes, along with the white font in the exact same format as another competing brand.

It's enough for a courtroom debacle but it confirmed will be not because it's not worth it for that. And this bag will most likely slide under the radar soon.

Just how lacking in creativity that they had to resort to that lowly plagiarism?

Their going retro for this bag gives whole new meaning to the phrase "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".

Once again, the "granny underwear color" is a recurring color in LN's new product/fashion lineup, actually many fashion oriented brands feature collections based around a khaki/beige colorway.
Don't like it either but there seem to be people who like it...

I get your point now regarding the rest of the design, it's pretty obvious but hard to see with a board infront of your head^^

Wonder what the designers were thinking im this case, especially since they were more willing to experiment and have shown way more creativity/diversity when it comes to their bags' designs when compared to the big Y or V in the past...
