Currently, I am practicing moving on the field, practicing basic movements, gym, scissor jump , china jump ... every day, I Run 3km .... Sorry! My english is very bad.

I study on youtube, but I don't have the partner to wake up early to practice together. Every week, I hit 1000 backhand. however, only at the level: many mirrors (I only got 2/3 of the opponent's pitch).

Hi, great work so far. It's rare to see someone so dedicated at the start of playing a new sport, but it's definitely the best way to improve quickly. From the backhand training, I can see that you already have good forearm strength, since that is where most of the backhand power comes from. I think you need a partner who can feed you shuttles to practice different shots, so that you don't have to keep throwing it to yourself.
Hey @bunsi thanuvong , really love to see the dedication and commitment you put into training, even by yourself everyday! I would say its best to find a sparring / drilling partner if you are able to - badminton is much better trained with at least one person helping you, just like llrr mentioned above! Aside from that, I would suggest you to work on your footwork and movement on the court if you still cannot find a partner in the meantime. You are very hardworking. For your footwork I would suggest to do 1 corner at a time, when your are familiar you can combine moving to different corners. You can watch the videos below, hope it will help you with your training:
