    Of the rackets I've tried:
Victor Jetspeed S10 3U/4U, Doura Z Strike 3u (slight HH)

Both stiff but very good rackets but have a slight adjustment period if you're not used to compact frames.

Victor JS10 or AS90S would suit that spec.
From Li Ning I suggest TC70 or TC75.
Others to consider outside of those brands would be Adidas Kalkul A3 and Apacs Virtuoso Pro

Some people have had the issue with using high tension.
Ive had lots of JS10 and other jetspeeds strung between 25 and 27lbs and never had an issue.

    'round here....
Funny that most people I know with better technique than me would never say that about themselves... and that's a lot of people. They would always tell where they need to improve. We're always happy for videos shared here, so others can learn from you.

Adidas Kalkül A3. Not a brand you mentioned, but dead even and on the stiffer side. Should be more budget friendly, too. Great racket.

Same with people here who describe themself as advanced and than they open threads about string tensions (which to choose), suggest to add overgrip to make rackets headlighter and ask positioning basics in doubles.
