Hi everyone I have been played badminton for 3 years and i’m a intermediate player. My current racket is astrox 7 4u. I realize that have to put more effort into my racket to make a full smash but it’s not hard enough. I rarely use wrist-smash because my my wrist is not strong too much. I mostly play doubles, sometimes single game My playstyle: i’m a all rounded player. Love playing control, drive, net shot and sometimes make a full smash to kill. I decided to buy a new racket because i was really bored with my old racket. I looking for a Lining racket (aeronaut 7000, 7000b, tc 70-75, 3d calibar 600) Please help me choose a racket suitable that: - effortless swing, clear - maneuverability, fast enough for defending - Easy to control - doesnt lack too much power on smashing, easy to access - user - friendly - doesnt fell heavy too much (3u or 4u does it matter?) Last question: could u tell me what difference in feelings of 3 series 3d calibar, aeronaut, turbocharging. Thank you so much. Pls help me. Sorry for my bad English, hope you understand!
I cannot recommend any specific racket because the feel is different for every player. Some people say aeronaut 9000c or 3d calibar 900 heavy but i have seen people say it feels even balance. Try to look at turbocharging 75d specs maybe u like it? However i dont think it will deliver powerful smash more to continuous smash.
Have you every tought on your technique instead? But if you are bored with your current racket, then i guest its your choice. Get the TC 75, an all mankind racket. Heavier than AX7 as its 3U & head heavy is not to much. More flex which is more friendly & ofcourse power shot is good.
please dont use me as parameter for "heavy".. My TK770HT 99gr & also head heavy feel light to me for double. But well, an economic approach would be you test many racket 1st rather than buying in a blind. Borrow friend racket & have a test for warming up or if allowed for 1 or 2 games. From there if you like 1 or 2 racket, you could use that as starting point to get the same or similar racket to it.
If you're worried about weight the tc75 might be too much. You can look for the instinct rackets instead. They are lighter and therefore quick to maneuver but with around 84g (strung) still not too light to deliver easy overhead shots. They are also head heavy to get enough punch in the shots. 70i would be a good option because of the flexible shaft, the 900i is similar but more head heavy or the tc75i with medium-flex shaft instead.
