    Edit (Dec 13, 2020):
I decided to make a new YouTube channel for all my badminton vlogs since I didn't want my main music/aesthetic/refined channel to be spammy. So far did 13 short videos (don't have too much time to edit, occupied by actually practicing and playing badminton )
The channel: youtube.com/theshockstyle (contains at least Day 1 to Day 13 so far)
    Day 13: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp5wKP6p1Ko

Thank you for sharing this Bui Bui! This will be motivation to stay in shape and wait out the global pandemic to one day play on court again! Do you have recommendations on what to do if badminton players don't have access to the ladder in your video?

    Hi badmintonbites!
There are several workarounds. One common one is to use chalk and draw ladders right on the concrete.
    2. You can actually just copy the moves without the ladder! This is quite effective
    3. Watch my other videos where I do training without the ladder!
