Buying the ARS-90K as a step away from the head-heavy rackets I've been using the last few years (TK-F, TK-9000). My recent rackets are 4U. Wondering if I should stick with 4U, or move to 3U given that 90K will be less head-heavy.

I feel I need some weight in the head to generate good power on smashes. Technique is...lacking.

I'm an intermediate player who prefers the backcourt, but ends up playing in front equally as often.

    Thanks!

I suggest you try the 3u. I've used Victor BS, JS and AS series for many years and the 3u feels on par with other rackets in 4u because of the frame speed.
I've always used 4u in TK series.

I've tried both 3u and 4u, difference isn't that big.
if you prefer doubles get 4u.
if you prefer singles get 3u.
Wanna do both ? get the one u like the most, in my opinion 3u is more allround.

Thanks for the replies! 3U en route from Eric at Squashmart.

hopefully gyms reopen before I’m an old man so I can try it out.
