What are we all doing to stay sane? Ive laid off the weights until normal food supplies return. 1) indoor hecsball. Aiming for a square panel on a door, trying to alternate serve/defense and drive. 2) garden badminton with my kids. Serve practice. Also readying up post-serve, and split drop. 3) my kitchen-dinner is 4m so im trying shuttle run with 3 lengths per beep. To add: 4) fasterthanyourshadow youtube channel - been lazy and not done this yet, but its maybe too extreme to do with my kids. I'm saving up my restrings to space them out. Also who knows how dull BG80 might get before it gets any court time. Sent from my SM-J510FN using Tapatalk
When I'm healthy again, I'll record more of those workouts, but I was thinking to go more intense first... I might overthink this though. But there's more to do...
Some guys I used to play with are doing non-stop keepy-uppies (or whatever we should call them for non-english speakers?) The numbers are getting serious already.
my kids' coach sends daily "assignments" for them to keep fit. comprise of a run/interval day, jump rope day, or strength day.
