That's great news! It's almost always cheaper in MY. Here, the price control is crazy tight. + stringing and tax you're looking at another $50 more...
Started to see Astrox 100zz selling off in resale market so fast. Something very weird with the racket I guess. Boils down to not user friendly?
I hope people aren't selling theirs after 1 session, an extra stiff racket with moderate swing weight tends to have some of the worst 1st sessions from my experience, especially if freshly strung. I remember almost selling my MP99 because of that, thankfully I didn't
This is anything but extra stiff and I personally couldn't consider the MP99 that either. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
haven't used an ax99-3u enough to compare, but Ax99lcw4u much faster and more flex compared to zz3u. bxr is faster even when it's more head heavy, but given its a 4u. Stiffness i think quite similar to ZZ speed - ax99lcw4u>bxr>dzs>zz3u power- zz3u=/>dzs/bxr>ax99lcw4u feel - zz3u>dzs>ax99lcw4u>bxr When i got dzs 2yrs ago, it's stiffness kinda puts me off, but over time it became my main rkt Believe need more time to understand/adapt to zz..
I already try 100zz 4U5 with 66 brilliant 26lbs. 100zz is almost same or a bit stiffer than zf2..but with more whip impact feel and more repulsif impact and also faster swing and drive. zf2 and 88d head frame more solid when hit so for heavy smash power, 2 of this is better than 100zz but more fatiguing. 88D a bit more head heavy than 100zz.
Welp. Here comes my worthless 2 cents. Wait.... More accessible power and not as head heavy as 88D in 3u. Stiffness about 88D tbh, nowhere near as stiff as ZF2. The short shaft means good for driving. Responsive head because shorter shaft for flexing. Handle is LOOOOOOOOOOoooooNG. The racket head has a bit of shuttle holding feel, before letting shuttle repulse off. Can place shot well. But my piece the string like tooo soft for my liking, I want the shuttle to not stay on the stringbed for long at all, but hey it’s the string not the racket. Started off as 28lbs BGAS, but when I used it, already felt more like 26 and going down, so. I’m personally right now about a 29 BGAB and 31-32 NBG98. So yeah. IN SHORT, the Astrox 100ZZ managed to be what Astroxes set out to do: Continuous smashing. Astrox 100ZZ does have the power, and versatility. **cant be said about the AX99 about it’s “relentless attack”, *cough Also, while this is the spiritual successor to Voltrics, please people, stop thinking this will be the “one punch racket” that will be the ender of all rallies... it’s not.... For me in terms of head heaviness, from the heaviest assuming the same weight class in a downwards fashion: 99 88D 100ZZ 77 88S
I don't have a chance to test it anymore. We've effectively shutdown all sports facilities here. But so far without gripping it yet it feels perfectly fine. Will it replace the NF800 I legit can't say. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
RF measured swing weight was 4U 85, and 3U 88.5. What was the 3U NF800? Sent from my SM-G988W using Tapatalk
I actually find it quite impressive. For such a fast racket it still packs such a punch at swing weight. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
