Hmm... man I started to get what you mean here, not until to the stage of "dont like", but after 3.5 hours session in total, had quite some mixed feeling of 9000C. Being a picky guy, this grip size is bothering me alot. Not sure is it legit to say about this, but I need more head weight for this 9000C.
Good to see more people going for 9000D. Looking like it’s my next purchase Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’ve been using the 9000D for few weeks. For me it’s quite a head heavy racket that leads to easy clear and powerful smash. Easy to get use to and don’t feel over head heavy when you swing it (like first gen ax99), maybe the 4 tiny holes at the bottom frame do reduce the air resistance.
9000D on hand already, just a head heavy racket and feel fast for double player. Compare to 9000C, this is stiffer an head heavier but Not stiff at all for me.. If you like medium stif shaft, head heavy and fast, 9000D good option for you I prefer this over ax99 4U all batch, compare to 88D 4U, this is stable and more softer impact feel. New condition with original grip and grip plastic 85gram With 0.65 string + cusion wrap and over grip 98gram, BP 300.. amazing.. Hahaha
98 grams? That's a lot... Do you still have the original grip under the over grip? I don't get the Li-ning categories if the drive racket is more head heavy than the combat version... should be the other way around.
The drive versions are all 4u weight. So even though they're more head heavy, their swing weight should still be lower than their respective combat versions. Sent from my SM-G965W using Tapatalk
Yes, original grip+ cusion wrap+overgrip This racket is so powerfull for smash, fast enough for double, solid feel medium stiff shaft, good control but drive and tricky shoot not good at all. Pure suitable for hard hitter.
Been using the n9ii and tc75ex for months now, totally love every aspect the rackets offers from the power to speed interception. However, i do wish that it can bit a stiffer as i kinda lack the accuracy and control to hit down the lines (i.e duora z strike). Any recommendation for possible upgrade and possibly use in single game(rarely(10%), mostly doubles(90%))? I am looking at nanoray 900 and calibar 900B. Do give your view!
The more accurate version of the n9ii/tc75 is the n7ii/tc70, so I try that before jumping to a different frame. Damn too slow. Sent from my MI 8 using Tapatalk
Alright! Thanks for the recommendation guys!. Will try the n7ii/tc70. How does the 900B plays in comparison to tc75?
stiffer, balance is very similar. Funny enough, I didn't like the feel of the 900B since it felt a bit hollow.
I agree with s_mair and Rimano, N7ii / tc70 is your best bet. But as it is quite stiffer, it will require a physical investment in each stroke to make it work properly. It drains your stamina faster too. I went from N9ii to tc70 because N9ii lacked a tiny bit of speed and control and tc70 offers that
Works perfectly fine in singles too. Stiff'ish, even balanced 3U... there is no reason why it shouldn't.
Some people might think you need a box frame... But for me, this is a racket that never feels too heavy or too light when I go back to it from other rackets. It still have a good swing weight of 87.
I don't understand that box frame fetish that seems to be spreading in the past couple of months. If you like the feel of a racket, then who cares about the frame profile?!
so it seems you've finally managed to get the BC-answering bot going. Well done, all the answers were spot on so far!
Only problem about tc70 in singles to me is that it’s not user friendly at all when you’re late... so escape shots tend to come back as an outright winner
