SN struggling against Cai YanYan and lost first game 21-8. Meanwhile her husband Kashyap just beat newly crowned Macau Super 300 champion in two straight games. Sometimes, I wonder is Kashyap again slowly coming to his form or this is one of those flash in the pan performance. He's been inconsistent in his peak form too.

How come Egyptian WD pair is able to play in Super 750 main draw ? There are no qualifiers in super 750/1000.

Chen Long was shouting...loudly... and shaking his fist hard after winning points. Can’t recall him looking that fired up before.

Maybe he got tired of everyone cheering for LD?

I noticed that too. Changes shuttles more often than other players and has subtle/minor delays of game a lot.

Some pairs withdrewed from the tournament. Having said that, there is not enough good WD pairs in the tournament. In every tournament, expect one or two filler WD pairs.

That was some beating but hope the Egyptian pair had a good experience. Would love to see more players from countries which are not known for badminton.

    Play hard. Train harder.

Thanks to all his dedication and contribution for CBA glory in past era. HKG Open will be the last tournament for LD in 2019 BWF calendar where he'll slated to meet Hans Kristian Vittinghus there.

Just leave her alone. Not anyone's fault either. She can prove it later.

Theres nothing to prove since she reaches finals and stuffs. Just not a nice situation to be in.

just like LiLiu in MD.. frustrating to lose double or triple the money when you are that close ,, during your peak

Yes, this is an upset. I don't expect this at all. I wonder what happened to AY. 5 of her last 6 tournaments are first round outing. Man, fate can be cruel. In July, she reached her peak and earned 2 titles. Things have changed escalately.
