Most important is AhsanHendra always healthy.

Just being in Final, playing 5 matches a week, overall, is already great achievement.

I guess blessings and the rest are already decided. Minions win the rest while AhsanHendra win AE&WC. is it fair? what do you think ..

So far Kevin, whenever he plays Ahsan/Hendra, is always very focused and hardly make silly mistakes. He always says that he won't take any chances when he plays Ahsan/Hendra. Playing minions in the semifinals and finals is even harder.

I think Ahsan/Hendra could have higher chance when the playing condition is much slower and they need to play Marcus more as he has the tendency to get shaky when things don't go well.

Their only chance against minions is when the playing condition is slow, like in japan and china...that's why even though they lose, the score was pretty close. I think in china they played really well, if ahsan wasn't injured they could definitely beat minions there.

In CO it was fast hall. Marcus was too nervous (probably minding too much about Ahsan being injured or whatever) that he played really badly until G3 when he started to pump himself up by celebrating and shouting. They (even Kevin) avoided hitting dropshot toward Ahsan in G3 especially after the interval.

Yesterday Marcus didn't need the shouting nor celebrating and though he made quite a number of mistakes in G1 but he was pretty much solid throughout the game, Kevin didn't need to cover his partner as much. Looked to me that Kevin didn't want to repeat that final in China Open.

It was a fast hall ? maybe it's the shuttle that slow, it's definitely not the same playing condition like in denmark or indonesia.

It was. Though not as fast as in Denmark or Indonesia, that's true. So far the only slow hall where minions vs Ahsan/Hendra final took place was in Japan but it was with fast shuttles.

Fuzhou China Super 750 is the slow one.

So far this year the slowest hall I have seen is in WuhanBAC. Malaysia&Thai arena is pretty slow too.

Rather than the result of the match I am more concerned about Ahsan's leg. I noticed his strapping and that he kind of dragged his right leg in the final yesterday. It didn't seem as bad as in CO but it would be a lot tougher playing in slow conditions..

we will know this week when they play in the French Open. think they will rest and skip tournaments if there is worry of making the injury worse.

Will Ahsan/Hendra take part in the National Championship too? Are all INA players have to, even the independent players?
