I'm really not sure about the Bonus that she gets from Olympic silver. I think that's Olympic silver. not sure what she got for WC.

But 7 million $ deal for LiNing in 4(or 5 years) is still the best. Not factor in salaries, title prize money and other endorsements. Cant say anything cause she is the only best player in India history (if you would count SN out, i think its SN that brought change to India badminton).

I think Kevin makes a million $ SGD last year. I think he definitely earned more than what he said.

Double players don't earn as much as single players anyway, probably about half. Bonuses, prize money etc. They have to share all those with the partner.

What's the worth of Yonex deal with Kevin? Anyone know?

AFAIK, Sindhu's net-worth is around 9M US$. Coming from badminton and that too for a female athlete is remarkable. I am little surprised to see that Kevin's net-worth is much less than Sindhu.

Did he start a juice/ice cream company or something recently? I saw a lot of advertisements in his Instagram.

sorry for the wrong info. Seems like the link is for 2016 silver medal, not 2019 WC win

Another match vs Fajar/Rian the day after defeating Goh/Tan.

He started a fresh milk chain drink, looking from the pictures.
If Kevin was much taller and not too shy, he could sell more and have higher net worth:D:p

That kind of business won't last long, unless he have a really a good long term plan.
But it's a good thing to invest your money

Sigh minions lost today. Haven't had the chance to watch the first game but scoreline wise said it was tight 20-22.

But in G2, what's wrong with Marcus? Couldn't smash, heavier legs and even a couple of service errors which was pretty unusual for normal Marcus.

I'll update their tournament points later when I get the chance. Next stop, Denmark Open.

They play so unmotivated in G2, even in not top condition, they can do better than that. Teamwork looks gone.

Think overall Kevin makes more errors than Gideon.

Yeah it's better to lose to a teammate than others. Though I believe they would have tried much harder had it been other country pair even though they would have lost it in the end.

That's the way their partnership's supposed to work. Gideon provides a stable base with the fewest possible errors in order to allow Kevin to take risks and be decisive.
Kevin making errors is not necessarily an indicator of a bad game for them, Marcus making them usually is (apart from defense, that is).

Gideon's power gets weaker day by day. Beating Ardianto in making several service errors today.
Strangely, I think the opponents scored most points by attacking Kevin, or I saw it wrong (?)

Just like against AaronSoh , they should have won G1. Kevin playing around but in the end its easy to attack him cause his focus not there.
