Hanging a broken shuttle with the shuttle height right at your hand rised up. Hitting it with your hand, let it fly & back, then try to hit it back. This is a very very basic to learn stroke timing.

Walking around the house using badminton footstep. Dont just walk regularly but do the badminton step pattern to makes your body memorize it.

Using unused plastic bottle filled with sand & do shadow smash or wrist spinning (idk how to name it) like doing forehand or backhand & as you do it, dont forget to do the foot step to so your body can memorize it.

Running every morning to maintain stamina.

Don't know what a dumbell curve is but the others are good. Try to go to a gym if you can. Some other good ones, chest press, dips, pull ups, push ups, core exercises, squats, deadlift

yeah.. i guess i must do more shadow smash movement..

the feedback that i gathered, was too unnatural..especially the drop.. i'm like touching the shuttles instead of dropping them.. :D

ok, i hate running since young..
so i substitute it with jumping jack x 100 times

running i mean not on the spot especially indoors. You did that every morning running outside the house, going around your cluster area for around 30 minute. Its good activities to maintain health for those whos rarely doing some sport activity. For me whos doing sport activity weekly coz of busy workday, it help to keep our body fit as to maintain our stamina better.
