How can u be so confident in saying that its just .5 grams. There can be many differences in weighing. Picking the shuttle from ground time and again removed some paints, grommets loses its stiffness and the underlying carbon is wiped a little which could have articulated to some grams. When did u measure it? While being brand new or one used while other being old? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I measured both when they were new. Same grip and string setup. The black one didn't even have a paint chip when it died, same goes for the white one now - even if those couple of milligrams won't matter at all. I'm fairly confident that I know how to do proper racket measurements.
Ha ha ha I am not doubting ur capabilities mate.. hmm I agree with u that .5 grams wouldn’t make thing that different Its your MHP that’s making this difference then.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It is indeed surprising... usually the QC of Li Ning are way better (at least i did not have any issues with my N9ii s) If possible check the year of manufacture of both if you have happened to take the photo with the price tag and other details intact.
I never been able to find a click with my AVP, but the different with my TK770 is quite noticable. 99gr vs 94gr weight & totaly different frame (box vs sword). So maybe you are a sensitive person for being able to feel the small different
There could be one more reason. Note that not 2 racket of same kind have same balance point. Did u check the balance point of it?? When u buy a new racket the sticker always says balance point +- 1 or 2 This could have also made the difference Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm not sure about you, but LCW versions of stuff do seem noticeably different to originals. Just try D10LCW or AX99LCW side by side with originals. I think there's some truth in these claims, but not necessarily because of the differences in paint jobs.
Had my first session with Aeronaut 7000B It’s really fast for defense. Doing backhand feels really easy as well. I’m not sure with the aerobite though. Super nice for control but on hard hits it just doesnt feel alive compared to the No.1 i have on my duora 7 I feel the flex also means i need to aim more horizontally and prepare my own power for smashes compared to the HH racket i’ve used so far where i can just swing quick and the head weight brings its power
Hmm, interesting. Were u able to get the required power with the boost version?? Try stringing with bg80 and share ur comment next time bg80 gives u the hard hitting feel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Duora 7 is a bit more head-light and feels a bit more swift but my D7 is ever so slightly lighter (2-3g). It's definitely on the even-balanced side, perhaps around D10 / Arc11 territory A li-ning racket also have the softer feeling compared to yonex. Yonex racket will always feel rock solid on hard impact while li-ning has what i'd say a different feel although I'm sure i'm just not used to it yet BG80 is just not for me. I don't like the .68 gauge, perhaps because I've used BG66 all my life and I love the repulsion feeling. I didn't really try the No.1 on my D7 because I was trying the 7000B, but i'm contemplating on just changing it to No.1 as aerobite feels very meh, especially as a guy who's more aggressive (or likes to think he's aggressive )
I saw many Chinese players covering the Li Ning logo in the butt cap of their racket with a tape, any idea why?
Tape or labels? It could actually be identification labels with their names and string choices. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
Gonna give the Windstorm 72 a bit of a try. Got some slow shuttles so everything is out of position or flat.
I really like it. the charts from li ning state that the 8000D is a remake of the N99Blue/Silver but even the specs are a bit different...anyhow, i am coming from a 4u racket and even then, i dont believe i've lost any speed. its currently strung with bg65 at 24 pounds which is not my ideal set up but i am still able to generate enough smashing power...for some reason, i never liked the astrox 88d, i definitely enjoy this racket. might pickup a second..will have to sell the hx900 first though
Yes. But it's not really stiff and definitely not head heavy (in case your profile comment is still up to date...).
