Hi, I am curious, what tensions do you string on your first generation Ti-10?
    Thank you

I do change the grommet all the time.
I got three Ti-10 first generation now and two standing by. But one thing I am disappointed is that, it can’t go higher tension. I don’t want to break the racket.

I am trying to look for racket manufacturer to copy the racket, and aiming to go up higher tensions. New modern racket can go up to 30lb plus.

well, its not practical to ve 30Lbs unless you are Worldclass player which have super arm strength who demand full precise shots at certain position on the court. Worldclass player have their 30lbs tension restring for EVERY Game they played. Casual player will not able to afford to restring every game after used.

Racket may withstand 30lbs but the string cannot sustain 30lbs for more than 2 weeks. String will degrade its tension very fast so impossible to maintain 30lbs or above.

At tension 24lbs , I still choose to cut my string every 3 or 4 mths rgdless I used or not used. Just to maintain that consistent tension I wanted for my BG66UM

Yes, you are right, cutting the strings every 3 weeks will make your racket healthy and less stress. No wonder you still have your Ti-10 around.

Referring back to the top, about the 30lb, I don’t string up to 30lb, I want the racket to withstand 30lb of tension, so many players can string any tension they want to. But I am still looking for manufacture to copy the racket.
