I'd say with longer legs, the coaches would immediately teach them a different curriculum to suit their bodywork.
So the international badminton fans who can't afford taking day offs or travel overseas every time the tournaments going on should all be okay with the court allocation that the organizers did here and said nothing when we disagree? Even BWF official stream is geo blocked. How are we supposed to make badminton more recognized globally if everything is so exclusive?
It's not like that. China does it every time. When seniors are not there, there are thousands to choose from. But for other countries, you dont find the same system. Chinese players definitely a beneficiary of ' Muscle memory'. In whatever situation, you drag them to, they will try to implement the extreme quality shot from any ackward position. I have seen a video of table tennis training from chinese mass production, they were doing some shadows. Wow. All the 500 students were doing the exact replica of the other. My goodness, such a muscle memory. For India, After saina and sindhu , there were none. But in that case, japanese are lucky. They have many who are doing very good in GPG level tournaments. I disagree with the perception of Steen being less biased. He s worse. When his favoured player underperforms, he goes silent, forgetting he still has to commentate. There s nothing wrong with being somewhat biased. It s better than being neutral. When a person is biased, I d like to understand how and why. Many times it s a reflection of their upbringing, past experiences, etc. In this forum, all the negative comments about MF and GC are a reflection of the members bias. When MF and GC don't do enough of praise of their favoured players, they concluded both are biased.
Yeah she won last week as well. Unbelievably best WS of all time. Apparently Minions title are also the same with WYH
Your comment is all over the place. First you claim, Steen is "worse", then you say biased is "better than being neutral". The last two sentences I totally touched upon in my own comment, as I admitted I'm of course also biased (as everyone else) but that I can still uphold my critique as justified if I take that ínto account. Please feel free to review the TTY - AY game. Pay attention to perspective (MF talks exclusively [!] from TTY's perspective, what she has to do, what she has to avoid and so on), how judgemental adjectives and attributes are distributed, how much time is spent talking about whom, how similar situations (lucky netchords, intentionally letting shots go out, unforced errros) are evaluated and so on. If you don't think I have a point after that, fair enough.
Geo-blocking is not even an issue. Spend less time arguing and more time researching how to get around geo-blocks.
With less height, the centre of gravity is lower so logically they are less likely to lose their balance compared to taller players when they move fast. Both NO and AY have exceptional speed and recovery plus skills, that s why they can be among the best.
It is. We are using VPNs now thanks to that geo-blocks. And not everyone has no issue running VPN. Lagging, very low quality and other issues. Sometimes it can be so bad that I had to give up watching at all.
