What about his MD partner Seo Seung Jae? They both played with Yonex rackets and shoes but when he broke his string, he went back to his victor. Was he just playing with his personal stuff?

NR900 in the blue/black form. No idea if that's his personal gear or team gear. Have to check again which team/uni he plays for to know their sponsorship.

I don't understand victor's move to turn back from korea team. Even if the results this year is not good for KOR team, to drop a team is a bad signal.
They don't have much visibility at the moment. Malaysian team isn't performing much better, DEN is just a partial sponsoring (only for gears, not rackets or shoes). Their only top player is TTY (i suggest them to do all in on her thought)

They might have a brand new deal around the corner. They do have a few rising stars in the name of Goh Jin Wei & Lee Zii Jia though.

Just for thoughts. Anyone feels that Victor's demand in KOR had dropped ever since the few significant MD players left the National Team? So if Yonex inks the deal with BKA. LYD and the others can just join back BKA on a personal deal with yonex. Just like Tan Boon Heong when he was with the Malaysia National Team

Personally I think they left because of the current situation. The problem with Victor sponsoring is just a different thing altogether in a way.

Symbolic throwing away of their cowardly former sponsor. Woohoo!

Victor is close to game over. They are on the way to become as relevant as Carlton in the market. Korea and some Malaysians the only ones which kept them alive. TPE is also Yonex, just a few players have individual Victor contracts. They gave too much of the cake to Li-Ning and Yonex in the past 3 years. They must catch some big fishs, otherwise they can bury themself.

    I agree with that
They are in a dangerous path from now
And the signal sent from "you don't have enough results I kick you off" is horrible
Other team which wonder for signing a contract with them should rethink it twice

    Denmark sponsoring only concerns gear
Players can have their own rackets and shoes sponsors

Practically as insignificant as their Taiwanese sponsorship. They basically just sponsoring a few players fully (no real stars if one wre to be honest) and just covering clothes and shoes at best. Last world championship just showed the reality though, the maximum is practically clothes.

Lol. Have you ever watched the Danes playing? The contract with the Danes is just a jersey for a few games when they represent the country as a national team. :D

Since the sinking issue they lost me and a few thousand others. I was a loyal buyer for years. Winning me needs outstanding products with superb quality and they are a few steps back compared to Yonex and Li-Ning in terms of rackets and strings.
