Personally I think that's the crucial difference between the ZN/FHF and ZN/LC pair. He didn't feel the need to go for anything special with FHF, relying on his partner to do his part, whereas with LC it seems like he sometimes wants to end the rally sooner than he'd usually try, and like he plays more aggressively to get the attack to avoid LC getting smashed at. Also the social dynamics of this pair are reversed, you'd quite often see or hear Fu talking to ZN, probably telling him what to do or adjust, and ZN taking a bit of a back seat to the experience, whereas in this combination there's a clear leader and a clear follower...
That's also happened with LYD, one part of why his pairing with KSH didn't work out as well as they hoped probably was Ko trying to be too accomodating and the partnership not being even. LYD was clearly in charge, and it transferred to their play as well, Ko always trying to get out of LYD's way in the front if at all possible, not going for the net himself. That had been different with JJS, and changed again when he partnered YYS, where it also seemed like more of an even discussion in time-outs.

Already answered here. Now as for why Yonex would schedule such an event on the one weekend that Lee could have played near his hometown, that is anyone's guess.

Yes, Yonex is the tournament organizer for the Legends Vision tour and hence my question. I seriously doubt the BWF has anything to do with the scheduling of Yonex events, including the one tomorrow in Incheon.

A bit dissapointed that LYD and YYS are not on the same team in PBL.

A matter of getting all players together in their schedules? Common dates cannot be that easy to arrange.

    That’s sad.

Is that usual in Korean culture for the child to follow the father? That might curtail his overseas tournament schedule.

The other Legends have had their problems as well.

Yeah just watch the highlights, he looks great YYS. shame he's not on the same team as LYD. hopefully he would find a good partner to play in international tournament again.

Looking at the schedule, it seems like we need to wait for at least 2 weeks before LYD met ahsan/hendra again.
