I don't think that was the case here.:D If you looked at the dates of the post, they were in 2010 and 2011. He was only 15 or 16 back then lol. Not even that well-known yet for his attitude or antics. Just people teasing and making fun of him in playful ways I hope for using the wrong dictionary or translator sites. :p:p

Inoue praised Minions (Kevin)'s drive and flat play accuracy, saying they are on a different level (compared to other pairs).

It's a big wonder question that I don't think even Kevin himself knows the answer either:D

To be fair, you dont have to be WR1 to get lots of endorsement. Just look at NaomiOsaka endorsement after winning GS. all the brands are flocking to her including Shiseido now. Sometimes, you just have to be different. Of course it would be nice to be different and to be WR1 :)

This year, it is really tough for minions to earn BWF Male Player of The Year. They have to contested with another consistent male players who are both WORLD CHAMPION, Kento Momota and Zheng Siwei. Anyway, the contest for that award is really interesting compare to the last year.

Just watched the flashback of the 9 titles they won this year.

    Just unbelievable.

Dont even talk about other great pairs if they cant win 7 titles in a year, let alone 9.

As for POTy, its 50 50 between Momota and Minions. BWF will take into consideration the past factors.

I don't think Zheng Siwei without Huang Yaqiong is better than minions.

To be honest when i was young i never heard of WorldChampionship nor the Finals tournament. AllEngland was the tournament i look forward to as well as ThomasCup in the 90s. I only heard WC when AhsanHendra, and AhmadNatsir won it at Tianhe. I thought it was cool but definitely never think it was prestigious. I guess titles are all about what is boomed by the media. But titles for players are more about their childhood dreams. so if i am badminton player born in late 80s or early 90s i would go for AE.
