do most MD pros use 3U or 4U? or does it vary widely depending on the player?

Most local people/people playing casually recommend 4U for doubles since the racket is faster. I wanted to see if this is true at the professional level

Generally speaking, most pros use 3u rackets, but there are 4U users as well. Singles players tend to go heavier than the doubles specialists, but that's is also not a hard rule...
With most players, as a rule of thumb I'd advise to go for a 4u racket on heavy models (Voltric series for example), but it really depends on the individual. Some are just fine with the heavy stuff while others prefer 4U versions of even balanced rackets.
What have you used before, and were you satisfied and had no physical problems?

I've been to French Open and I saw some players' rackets. Surprisingly, Ginting is using AX88D 4U SP.
I think Momota is using a custom racket there is no weight/grip indications on the cone.

Does anybody know what Rasmus Gemke and Goh Jin Wei are using? It looks to be the same racket for both of them, at first I thought it was a Jetspeed 9, but now I'm not so sure.[IMG]

For gemke it's a tk330. It's weird since it's a midrange racket, but there is no doubt on this one.

It's a 3D 900D. No idea about tension or string.

Sounds very tight. One of the nicest sounding strings on tour right now I'd say. Sounded a fair bit tighter than Momota's strings yesterday.
