What Marin did is nothing compared to what the Organizer did. You can say everyone is just doing their way to win, at least she didnt do it hideously.
Do you have any references for your claim? I understand it is difficult for you that Marin is beating your favourite Indian players in major tournaments but that makes her unpopular in your eyes only. She was recently voted most popular non-Indonesian player in Indonesia.
Boring? She hits most winners of all WS players ever, how is that boring? I don't watch to watch Saina Nehwal playing Wang Shixian where they just hit clears and wait for other players' unforced errors.
I'm afraid you're making too much of the rest period, what the organizer supposedly did is the same everywhere. Unless the player is old and/or unfit,or has a couple of long, grueling matches in previous rounds unlike their opponents, having sufficient rest is what's required, the opponent having a few hours more break is not that significant. The organizer is always more concerned about maximising crowd turnout, TV coverage, and sponsors' interest for marketing impact.
Gao Fangjie is being schooled by Marin, learn as much as you can, lass, not only tactics but also mental toughness, the psychological aspects of the game.
My claims are the LIVE goin matches and how the Chinese crowd is shouting back at Marin when GAO is taking points and also the WC held recently.
