    Hi Yan.v

I found the solution. Went for a hardware shopping spree over the weeked. Found a 0.5 inch about 12.70mm copper tube, the inner diameter of the tube is exactly 12.00mm so it slots into the Toyozouki perfectly. But the outer diameter needs some thinning work. These tubes are used for home plumbing.

I only need x2 60mm length, as for the thickness issue I went to industrial park in my local area, requested a machinist to thin out 0.30mm with his lathe machine. And it's fixed !!

Final assembly, I still need to cut 10mm off the original toyozouki so the top of the clamp does not clash with the support posts.

Oh, just for your info, when I said that this copper tube fits into toyozouki perfectly, it means that it is very snug, and does not move around unless you really force it through... so when you pull the fixed clamps up and release it down the copper tube follows your toyozouki posts.

Tried it, the 0.5 inch tubes here are too big, there's about 1-2 mm of loose inside, which would make the clamp move

Wow that's nice of you, thanks!

I'll first try some other stores to try to save you the trouble. If it's the same everywhere, I'll PM you.

    Yan,

There's different 1/2 inch copper pipe. There regular is thinner (from reno depot). I think if you ask K classe it's thicker. I know because removing my old copper pipe I saw that's it's thicker, it's a pipe from the 70's. Also the one that is bendable is thicker. Go to the Rona on Cure Poirier and Brebeuf close to chambly. Ask the owner a very nice person. Those hardware are a gem, because the owner knows almost every thing there's to know.

I have some old one if you want I can give it to you. Next time I go to your store I bring with me, but I don't go often, otherwise wife and wallet complain...

Hey, I am looking to upgrade my PS3600 Wise with Toyo clamps. Just wondering if the toyozouki clamps fit the PS3600 perfectly, or if I had to do any modifications to it. (I am asking as the Penta Premium badminton clamps state that they have 11.78mm Shafts)

Hi Kevin, assuming the PS3600 has not changed its technical specs since 2013, then answer is a straight forward plug and play and you do not need to do any modification to it.

Unfortunately I contacted the company and they said that they don’t sell the clamps to those with different branded machines. The only way to get the clamps now are to buy them off other people who may have them. Best of luck!

Or try to find someone living in japan, who will order the clamps directly via their homepage and send them to you. That is the best way, but will cost the most.
