Don't worry, after the match, or rather tournament, their coach will arrange for both the male and female players to be in a private room and there in the coach's presence, the female player is allowed to give the male player tit for tat. Seriously, as the male player is faster and stronger, he is expected do the heavy lifting and cover more ground, so if both of them happen to go for the same shot, the female player may not get out of the way in time, hence the accident. But as they train and compete together long enough and develop a tacit mutual understanding on court, then such accidents are much less likely to happen or not at all. How often do we see Zhang Nan and Zhao Yunlei going for the same shot and/or bang into each other ?
