I guess that the minions' lost in the group stage was a good thing for them. It ignited their spirit and put them on guard as to not belittling other pairs.

Minions just made an MD record with 9th SS final in a year.

One match away from Double Hattrick equaling ZYL and Gao Ling.

Zhang Nan would be quite a challenge if they win today, BoMo should be easier as Minions has won their last two encounters in straight sets.

Park Joo Bong shouldnt be there.

He is just making the players more tense.

Much easier to win double hattrick in WD because it involves less mind games and shot situations..

in MD, matches flew by. Once you are not ready, thats it.

if you are comparing best with best anyway.

I think it's in XD for Gao Ling/Zheng Bo, and 2 discplines for ZYL in xd and wd, with their respective partners.

If this JPN pair won today, one title will be guaranteed for Japan.
This is amazing even without the inconsistent Taka/Matsu.

Japan confirmed one title in WD. The OLY qualification for 2020 is extremely competitive.

    Congrats to Japan...

Does that spell the end for Ayaka/Misaki? It's irony though if its Fukushima/Hirota that won the title.

I remembered they were match point down in R1 in HK ?!!!

It must be tiring for the two Danes, Bo/Mo, to be smashing so much, esp with the much younger CHN pair returning a lot and inviting them to smash. energy-sapping.

I want another Gid/Suk vs Boe/Mog final. It's the best rivalry this year for me.
