There is a list here. #1 plays in the Seorak High School gym in the evenings. #12 and #16 have odd hours and they play in the Sokcho Youth Indoor Gymnasium, #13 too, I expect as the map takes me to the same place with both names. This map should show you both places. All but #12, 13, and 16 play in school gyms in various parts of town.
