I know it's quite common for us to drag our non-dominant foot during lunges. And as the time goes by, that inner area always get wear out before the shoes give way.

Some ways of repairing I have seen were applying tape, glue, and recently I heard about plastidip. I would like to know what are the other ways or repairing your pre-mature worn-out shoes. Hope that you guys can share this information!

Most the information is on these forums, just search and you will find it.

The common thing is using strong tape or plastidip. I tried both but I am not a heavy 'dragger' so the factory fitted toughened shoe area that comes on my badminton shoe as standard seem to be sufficient to protect my shoe.

    Kindest regards,
