I'm currently using the Nanoray 20 and am thinking of upgrading in the nearest future. I've found multiple rackets that sort of fit my price range and/or needs. I'm looking for a head heavy/er or even-balanced racket, preferrably 3u or 4u. So, here are the rackets: Yonex Arcsaber 6FL Yonex Voltric 5/7 Yonex Nanoray 8000 Victor Wave Power 580 Victor Victec Ripple Victor Wave Power 6600 It should be noted that I can get a pretty good discount on Victor rackets through a friend, so throw in some other reccomendations please. Any input is appreciated!
nanorays are even balanced to headlight. voltrics lie on head heavier spectrum. go for voltric 7. tried and tested racket with a great feedback and nice amount of headweight. cant go wrong with voltrics.
New Astrox 6 or 7? Slightly head-heavy rackets... ~80€ http://www.yonex.com/sports/badminton/products/badminton/racquets/astrox-series/astrox-7/
I like the way they look, but it looks like it'll be a while until they arrive to the official Yonex store in Latvia Any opinions on the victor racquets though? Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
My no.1 badminton-shop in germany/hamburg and shipping to Latvia/Lettland for 15€. https://www.racket-world.de/de/Badm...ray-Armortec--Yonex-Duora/yonex-astrox-7.html
can you tell me a bit about your playstyle? it would certainly help us decide a better racquet for you, also are you looking into budget racquets? I'm noticing that your racquet range is around 100-130$ I'm not really good in victors, but I can certainly help you a bit in Yonex... so if you are an attacking player, backcourt (smashing) I would recommend going for the voltric. if your more frontcourt go for the nanoray, if you are just all around, likes both go for the arcsaber... its certainly the most balanced, but for me (my opinion) if you have a couple of extra bucks to spend... go for the nanoray 800... its by far the most mid to high range racquet I recommend to most players. that or go arc 11 but thats high range...
I play mostly net shots and drops right now because I find my back - court shots lacking in strength. I've found a german badminton store that has all three: •AS6FL •VT7NEO •Astrox 7 for about €75 Kind of stuck between these three Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
Here is a thread about Astrox77: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/index.php?threads/yonex-astrox-77-2017.172678/page-23 My Astrox77 in 4u is great! AX77, AX7 and VT7NEO are all medium stiff. ARC6FL and AX6 are flexible. Maybe write an email to the shop? They usually respond within 24 hours and try out the rackets themselves. My choice would be Astrox7 or Astrox77.
Thanks! Probably going to go for the AX7, as it's not likely to be common in Latvia and I want something different Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
