    actually i think this tourney's quarterfinals have almost all matches in all 5 disciplines can go either way

    Maybe because SSC and LSH have played together earlier this year at Canada GP (or US GP, I kinda forgot which one) or even in some other GPs that are out of my radar.

    I am not sure cos I don't understand the notional ranking system very well either

    Even there are no CL, LCW, Uncle LD, SYQ, CM, Sindhu, NO, Chen/Jia, Lu/Huang, Matak and etc. ?
    Gosh, badminton has come a long way.
