    Reasons and excuses for Uncle Lin's dismay performance :
    1) I am not feeling well, toe nails too long.
    2) I don't want to play against VA or SK. I can't handle either one of them.
    3) Let LCW win something.
    4) Homesick.

    Even Yonex can't force Lin Dan to do anything they wishes,probably giving him quite a lot of leeway, the bottom line is he must turn up at the JPN Open, play a few rounds at least and do all the promotional activities lined up for him.
