guess so, lcw was found guilty of doping, served his punishment. let's hope he has learnt his lesson and his currently not reverted to his old 'habits' while competing.
the biggest clue will be how much does his performance drop. when you stop using, muscle mass/structure will remain for a bit... but, the twitch (reflexes and recovery) is gone. so if he continues to look awesome physically but has lost a step in speed and/or reflex responses it would make me wonder.
from losing to leverdez? i personally don't think so. i picked leverdez to win that one. he has been playing against lcw pretty well their last few head to head, despite what the scorelines would say. leverdez is 2-0 in their last two meetings. his game iq is underrated. now if he lost to, oh say matthew fogarty of usa (bwahahahahaha!), then i'd begin to wonder. i feel lcw is vulnerable to matchups in the top 15. the key is how early or late in a tournament he loses to a bad matchup, or easy matchup. if he started losing to players ranked below 30 very soon, then i'd wonder. the outlier would be momota. if they meet soon & momota wins, that could be considered normal and not unexpected.
