Third page : Revolution of Carbon Nano Technology. After 7 years of research by Institute X, a whole new carbon was born which is totally different from the past.

Fourth page : Structure description. New generation : Carbon nano tubes at carbon fibers are directly adhered. The density of the interface between carbon fibers and resin is greatly increased.

More Yonex jargon to confuse the consumer. There is very little you can do nowadays to improve on the current racket technology. Using 'new' carbon is just a way of justifying the higher prices they will charge for this racket series. I get RD and marketing takes money and they have to recoup this somehow, but I haven't seen major racket improvement in the last few years from Yonex. The Duora range is a gimmick with hardly a big difference. Voltric was okay and Nanoray is basically the Nanospeed range with a new paintjob IMO.

    Kindest regards,

    -Ajay-

I dunno, why would they show comparisons with the voltrics?

However, I think these are adopting more of the Z Speed frame profile. The one that's not really aero frame, it's too thick. I expect they took out bendy frame tech, horizontal A, and made it non-compact.

It would make sense given the popularity of the Z Speed but its consistent negative reception.

I'm going back to the N90s... Not thoroughly convinced there's much wrong with the slightly older rackets.

Maybe, they compare it to voltric, to kinda promote it, that nanoray line (with their light -head and stuff) can smash hard too.

Of course that is all depends on players and all, but imagine the tagline: Voltric technology on Light headed racket! Fast strikes.. and stuff.

Kind of a longshot/obvious statement here but they should introduce a combo of voltric stuff with both sides featuring their aero frame from duora... maybe not feasible, though?

Ok so what this article says about the racket is:
Conventional carbon fiber on rackets tend to get stiffer as we drive, in simple, our racket doesn't respond as fast as our swing during drives.
When we swing, the carbon fiber "flexes", generating a catapult for our racket (easier if you can remember/know the ad for tk8000). But as drives got faster, our racket are unable to repond/"flex" on each swing due to the inability of our carbon fiber to recover from the previous shot.
So what this new carbon fiber does is it has the ability to flex no matter how fast we drive. In other word, 100% recovery after each shot. This grants the user a catapult effect on each shot for increased accuracy and power (duh? Please?)

I hoped I translated and summarized this well. Haha

Maybe they aren't made of cheese like the Nanoray series is.

I had a chance to have a feel of the demo racket and it definitely felt balanced to me, as for stiffness I'd say medium to stiff but the one I had a look at is 4U. But other than that seems correct to me from the information shown

My guess is that this has everything to do with Nanoray X ArcSaber, and nothing to do at all with Voltric.

The only reason why Voltric was brought up is because it probably has the largest consumer ownership of the different models and Yonex wants maximum conversion upon launch.
