Aw that is the worst grip i had ever use..... its cheap n not durable.... after 1 session it became super smelly n harden up.......(like wood) not really worth.
Hard to find yonex cloth grip in singapore. All shop seller told me, customer dun like.... its too short n expensive. So they dun sell... ants, RM1.50? cheappp, i hope sg also gt tat price. Dun mind trying out
In a sense, I'll have to agree with you ants. The material of the grip itself is quite durable. But the garter that holds the grip into place loosens up quite quickly. Good thing I was able to get a few Wilson rubber bands which I use to "lock" the grip into place . . . this keeps the grips from sliding around.
I also used karakal grip ...its cost only rm5.00....I bought it at Racket World in Pertama Complex..They selling Nano 8000 only at Rm615.00( hot cake)... I just bought its last week...a very good racket...
Yonex cloth grip is hard to find? Well, seems pretty common to me, or at least at TPY Safra. It is also possible to get it at Sunrise. They come in box.
You can buy Yonex cloth grip at Queensway leh..very common there and quite cheap...i think about $2.50 to about $3.50 there..
I am using Bridgestone "Mickey Mouse" Grip, US$2.58/piece, but 1 piece is long enough for two rackets.
My DC is lent to my friend, I will provide a close up in next time, just take the cataloge image for reference.
wow......the mickey grip tape is so cute!!!!! never seen before!!!! how i wish got any grip tape wif la pi xiao xing (crayon shinchan) or doraemon
Can someone please tell me about the yonex wave grap. I would like to know how comfortable it is compare to the super grap, and would the balance point of the racquet shift if I apply it on after I remove the original grip because it looks heavy. I've tried asking this on the other thread.... but no one answered
Has anyone seen this kind of Yonex towel grip? Its red and its got this white strap in the middle reading 'YONEX'. To me, it looks cheap and i reckon its an imitation. My stringer gave it to me for free cause he said that he got a batch for free off his supplier or something.. I'll chuck up a pic when my dad gets back from work cause he's got the digital camera today..
Okay guys.. finally took the pics.. but whilst taking the pics, i noticed a primary thing that proved my first impression to be correct- its fake and cheap, lol. The Yonex logo isn't right - probably some sort of imitation. And i don't remember seeing anything of this design on the yonex brochures, etc. Ah well, I got it for free.. so no loss, lol
Ohhhh, this is the older version of yonex grip. It had now change the logo to a simple one. No wonder they give you free. Its outdated and not worth money already.
Ohh really? Interesting.. ah well.. something good to keep as a sourvenier kinda thing i guess, lol.. sorry guys.. my bad
