    THA caught the Danes by surprise, going in attack from the very first point.
    Sapsiree plays quite like Ashwini, smashing as hard as possible and being creative in defense.
    But Imo Kithitharakul the weakest on paper made the difference. Great job as a team, and that celebration, loved it. A well deserved, hard earned victory

    What happened to Korea in the Thomas Cup 2016 has happened to Denmark in Sudirman Cup 2017, they exhausted themselves against an stronger team in the previous round (Korea knocked out China) and lost out to an arguably weaker team in the following round-- that's what tournaments are about...

    The reversal of fortune from the earlier group match, KOR beat TPE 3-1

    Chinese Taipei missed the opening match, MD, as well as Chou lost to Son in a razor-thin dramatic, 91-minute highly memorable first class match!

    South Korea will face Thailand in the semifinals.

    The DEN WD played until 12 midnight last night-- that's why they couldn't field Pedersen in a XD starting at 6 pm today...

    I though both teams which qualified at the top of their group last night (JPN & DEN) would both be playing tomorrow, but apparently it's a completely random draw...

    Thailand defeated Hongkong and Denmark in this **** Sudirman Cup. We sure need to look out for them at SEA Games.
