Sung Ji Hyun is absolute love!.

Chinese Taipei just needs one more win from South Korea to top the group.

    TPE 2 - 0 KOR

Court 1 is the free bwf internet live-streaming + hawk-eye court-- does court 2 also have hawk-eye? Gold Coast Sudirman Cup so rich?

Pre-scheduling can always be changed if there is "demand" for it-- by putting MAS vs JPN on Court 1, they are doing live-streaming for MAS & JPN (& giving them hawk-eye) in the group stage 2 times vs only once for CHN, DEN, THA, INA, etc... even though there is live-TV coverage for both courts which the relevant countries can buy.

If TPE beats KOR, then we are really looking at a "changing of the guard" for the entire Sudirman Cup...

KOR is stronger in MS + WD; so once more it'll probably come down to the XD...

Hope indonesia team can play more relaxed now that they are not favorite.

In any case Praveen/Debby should have played yesterday. Its weird to think that they have won the last 6 matches or so against world class pair like Nielsen Pedersen where even Zhang/Zhao and Ahmad/Natsir has found it difficult.

    JPN v MAS (Court 1) : https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/...9D5AE85E-5686-4389-95E6-D700293D2329&match=59

MD, Takeshi Kamura/Keigo Sonoda v Goh V Shem/Tan Wee Kiong
WS, Akane Yamaguchi v Goh Jin Wei
MS, Yu Igarashi v Lee Chong Wei
WD, Misaki Matsutomo/Ayaka Takahashi v Chow Mei Kuan/Lee Meng Yean
XD, Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino v Tan Kian Meng/Lai Pei Jing

Japan fields their back-ups in men's singles and mixed doubles, they have advantage to seal women's category and slight advantage in opening match considering the uninspiring performance by Goh/Tan. Malaysia rests Vivian Hoo/Woon KW since it's tall order to topple Japanese WD.

    DEN v INA (Court 2) : https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/...9D5AE85E-5686-4389-95E6-D700293D2329&match=68

XD, Joachim Fischer Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen v Praveen Jordan/Debby Susanto
MS, Viktor Axelsen v Anthony Sinisuka Ginting
MD, Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen v Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo
    WS, Mia Blichfedlt v Fitriani
WD, Christinna Pedersen/Kamilla Rytter Juhl v Greysia Polii/Apriani Rahayu

It's against all odds for team Indonesia to overcome Denmark, they change almost all the line-up except Gideon/Sukamuljo and Fitriani while Denmark replaces Line Kjaersfedlt with Mia Blichfeldt.

Whether 1-4 for Denmark, it's time for Kevin/Gideon to teach Boe/Mogensen a lesson. Its getting personal now.

That stupid european pair, they dont find themselves irritating wasting time and shet while playing.

Winning a match , acting so over the top by saying giving tips for free and second time gotta pay while...(They dont even remember that they ever lost to Kevin/Gideon too)

Losing a match like Conrad/Kolding cant accept it like a man. yeah typical european pair.

INA has 2 options to qualify 5-0 or 4-1 but the 4-1 option is with conditions like winning in 2 games.
INA has to put their loss behind like India did against DEN. If India could trouble DEN's top pairs, then INA with their vast experience can do the same. Self Belief and the will to win are important.

    So, India is technically qualified?

    Indonesia has 3 options.
    1) winning 4-1 ( 3 matches in straight sets)
    2) winning 4-1 ( all 4 matches in straight sets)
    3) winning 5-0 ( at least 3 matches in straights)

Is it not? I may be wrong

MS and WD looks like going to Denmark and that's all their need just 2 wins as even a 2-3 loss to Indonesia will guarantee them as group winner.

Indonesia's PBSI should reflect on this as they were knocked out by India and even Thailand (their rival for SEA games team battles besides Malaysia) advances.

I believe kevin/gideon will adjust their game plan against BoMo after their last encounter. Interesting to see how the match plays out.

I bet he's too eager to beat his home country in SEA Games. This is what happened if too many good Indonesian talents working for other countries instead.

They know too damn well about their own compatriot players.

That's recipe for disaster. Rexy went with Thailand. Hendra went independent. Hendrawan and Indra working for MAS. Leony for JPN. Mulyo working India's MS. Boomerang effect on Indonesian as other countries getting stronger to not even let us go through Sudirman qualifier. Sad.
