Don't think the catalogue for it is out yet. I'll look around their websites. But if you're willing to back track through here or the JS10 thread. I remember distinctly that someone had posted pictures of it. They're not the finest quality. But they do give a tad more detail. Sent from my LG-H961N using Tapatalk
Racquetforce posted some pictures of it a couple of days ago: I prefer the classic design. The new one looks a bit like bubble gum.
The only question for me is if they maybe have added some latest tech stuff to it like they did with the TK7000SN. JS10 plus added HardCored frame... that would be tempting (assuming that this is the reason for the JS12's solid feel).
I'd assume it to likely be the case given that it's mostly the only real difference between both besides the different frame shapes and the head size. Sent from my LG-H961N using Tapatalk
I quite like it, but that "sunburn orange" is becoming overused - it's on the top model of every Victor series now.
Not sure any will have the same racket head speed but for head heavier and more flexible but still quick you could try the Victor K Onigiri which has a similar thin profile shape or if you have the technique for it the Victor Thruster K9900 which also has a similar aerodynamic profile. Both those rackets are head heavy though. The former should have more accessible power as it is more flexible, the latter should have more power, but only if you are good enough to access it. Moving away from similar frame shapes, but similar specs as mentioned there's the JetSpeed 12, which is a more traditional frame shape, slightly head heavier and more flex, so it will have more accessible power, but still quick according to reviews. Or as a left field but cheaper suggestion the Thruster K330, which is head heavier than the JS10 but more flexible. So you should get more power and according to a Victor rep I know is still quite easy to manoeuvre and was his budget buy out of the current Victor rackets. Unfortunately there are no Victor reps in the south of England for you to try any rackets though as I suffer from the same problem living just down the road from Basingstoke :-( But if you're ever looking to sell your current JS10 I'd be happy to consider it as I am enjoying using mine
If you need details of the Victor Ambassadors in the south of England, then send me a message or email me direct. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
This one was long overdue though. And an easy one: Take a TK7000S(N), new paint job, done. Or else she won't be playing it herself anyway and become the female LYD in terms of ignoring signature rackets.
Tbh Alot Victor-players dropped their signatures pretty fast. It seemed like it wasn't a tailored racket for them. Don't forget the JS-LYD Prototype which was never released. IMO it is really questionable to release another BS11 after such a while. Never got the impression that it was one of the sellers rackets in the BS line. Also we saw its advertisement 2 years ago here. I don't get it why a repaint takes so long? Edit: The BS11R seems to have the 2+4-Pattern, if I'm not wrong. This would be interesting.
