Can anyone tell me where I can play in Vaughan? I wanna start playing badminton. Haven't played in a long time so I'm probably a bit rusty. I consider myself pretty decent (last time I played compared to my classmates in gym class). I heard Westminster PS is available to drop-in on Friday nights but I don't know the time, fee of going there. I also don't know the age/skill level of play there. Is there any where else I can start playing at? Thx.

Btw, I play at Rosemount Community Centre at Westmount CI on Bathurst on fri from 7:30-9:30. drop-in fee is erm.. i dont know.
Thanks for the help. But I need something of walking distance from my place (from Bathurst and Steeles). Also did a search and found out that Westminster is open on Fridays 6-10. I don't know if that information is accurate though since it was posted on 02-29-2008.
Check the OBA site. Google Ontario Badminton Association and click on it. Along the left hand side, there should be "WHERE TO PLAY" scroll down to Vaughan and you should see many clubs.
dennis, JUST the TINY TINY problem of there not being a "Vaughan" category listed on the OBA "Where to Play" site. What i do suggest tho is looking at the locations of those clubs in Toronto and see which one is close to you. Also Rosemount C.C. is only a bike ride away. 10-15min can do it for you.
