Yup, these two are the best Indonesia MD. I think it was a mistake to separate Ahsan/Setia.

In 2015, we were discussing if this 'Cheung' was our moderator Cheung. Many agreed with me surprisingly.

it depends on your definition of intimidated, If you watch carefully in g1, SN was not only playing badly but herself facial expressions look timid. she often failed to "clear" her punch clears as CNY was all over smashing.
And if i consider her usual personality that was indeed "intimidated" for me. yeah she shouted her usual "come ons" in g2 but that was it..

PVS is still the fav to book back-to-back finale ticket but CNY has high spirits and has nothing to loose, no doubt she'll go all out. Plus, PVS wasnt sharp today, fatigue(?) hope for a nail biting encounter.
my bets PVS and CM (I wish TTY proves me wrong).
JOJ and Ng (hope Sameer and HY pulls out)

Both TTS and CM have really stepped their game in this quaterfinal stage! It had been a while. Hopefully we'll have a great semi-final

    It's not a plan to separate Ahsan/Setiawan.

Hendra Setiawan will quit from INA National Team starting from December 2016. From this moment the INA MD coach try to gives some optional choices while giving the last several tournaments Ahsan to be paired with Berry Anggriawan then the next with Rian Agung Saputro. The same trial also come to Hendra Setiawan to be paired with Berry Anggriawan then the next with Rian Agung Saputro.

The one which more suitable will be continued after Hendra Setiawan stop playing on behalf of INA National Team.

Hendra Setiawan said that he will playing badminton as a professional player starting from January 2017. He didn't mentioned with whom he will play with, but some rumors said it could be with Tan Boon Heong (after KKK want to stop playing with TBH) or Markis Kido (from the same club with Hendra Setiawan).

Setiawan and Tan Boon Hoeng - now that'd be an interesting MD pair!

Tan Boon Heong would have to make his defence a lot better. But could be good.

Goh/Tan fought hard to exact revenge over Astrup/Rasmussen and ZN/LC here, now they have lost to Ahsan/Saputro, and they very always get defeated by the first meetings

I didn't think that Goh/Tan always defeated at their first meeting.

First, Goh/Tan vs Astrup Rasmussen: 2 first meetings won by Goh/Tan then they lost @ French SS, and then won again @ Hongkong SS

Second, Goh/Tan vs ZN/LC, They won at the first meeting @ DEN SSP, lost @ CHN SSP and won again @ Hongkong SS

In both case above Goh/Tan won their first meeting.

Goh/Tan may lost at their first meeting against forth INA MD Berry/"Rian" @ Australia SS 2016 and yesterday they meet again with "Rian" paired with Ahsan. Maybe they "feel" their past lost.
