@Rob3rt @j4ckie @racketman123 Congratulations ! The Greatest German Player of All Time, Marc Zwiebler saved 7 match points from 13-20 down and won the second set 22-20. it's OK Jan, we didn't notice.
Told you. Players are still in their honeymoon period. Chong Wei just wants to enjoy romantic sights and the green-neon filled French open courts aren't one of those.Maybe Kingston and Terrance need new collection of toys? Some shopping for Baby Dan too ?
Wonder if Xue Song is still struggling with his match fitness. In G1 he started 1-6 down but win it 21-15. In G2, again he's 1-6 down....
I thought I read that LCW said he wanted to make amends at the French Open for his shock defeat at the Denmark PSS to Brice Leverdez at the QFs ? Anyway, it's better to withdraw when his mind isn't ready to fight it out, don't risk injury (or aggravate it if his hamstring problem is troubling him), esp when he 's slated to clash with Wei Nan again in R2.
Looks like Xue Song can't last three games against Jonatan Christie after playing two matches yesterday in the qualies winning out Qiao Bin in one of them.
Wang Tzu Wei just won the first set 21-13. Not bad. Can he win in straight sets today? Second set he is leading 3-2.
Wah Olga Konon just won the second set 21-18. Not bad but can she continue her winning streak in the third set?
Wnag Tzu Wei is playing at his level best now 8-5. Wow so good of Wang Tzu Wei really smashing, attacking all out to win today.
Wow it is 11-6 now. Wang is leading. This match is clearly favoring Wang Tzu Wei to win it in straight sets.
Congratulations to Wang Tzu Wei for playing so well today to win his MS match 21-13 21-16 over Wei Nan today.
Okay the third set of this WS match is pretty onesided favoring Mitani Minatsu to win. Anyway congratulations to MItani Minatsu for playing so well today to win her WS match over Olga Konon. Congratulations.
Ahhh isn't that blabl on the other side of the screen? You sounded exactly like my friend. In fact all your posts do
Jonatan Christie turned 19 years old recently. Still young, but he's always been the only Indonesian up and comer that I thought would go far (despite people like Steen Pedersen rating him below other youngsters like Mustofa and Ginting). Hopefully he can win this tournament!
