It definitely plays stiffer than 3, IMO. I find it very stiff for how thin it is.

Max tension of 31lb, I wonder just how high it'll go.

The max. tension caught my attention. I found the 8000 pretty awful, but if I get a deal I will get my hands on a 3U for singles.

The TK9900 released recently is not the same as the previous one. The settings and the place of production are different.

seems like the grommets are removed from this revised production as previous issues should be the grommets concern as the placing of the grommets causes string cut easily at 1pm spot

I'm surprised Tennisnuts have taken them, but I'm nothing short of astonished that Central have.

Most surprising of all is that Direct haven't; they had them last time, though, so they may know something the others don't:).

    Dear all,

Anyone able to elaborate on the new TK-9900 vs TK-9000?

I just broke one of my beloved TK-9000 and need to restock but are considering if I should try the TK-9900 instead?

77g is very light for a 4u but I love lighter, taller, stiff frames.

So where are the orange grommet pads exactly? Too dark to tell.
