The excuse will be I already won 2, I should give others a chance. However will not be from LD but his fans.

Hmmm I would not discredit LCW. I think he is mentally stronger now than before especially after he lost the WC last year. Well the biggest test will be in Olympics where he will be mentally tested + the burden of the nation for the 1st Gold. I believe Lin Dan is still a strong contender for the Gold as he always rise to the occasion.

I think it is interesting that Lin Dan seems to play more tournament this year than LCW. Usually it is the other way round:eek: So can LCW breaks the curse of losing to Lin Dan in Major tournament? Lets wait & see :cool:

Fair comment, except that nobody, including myself, is discrediting LCW. We're only speculating on why Lin Dan lost, particularly the way he played in G3. I believe we're absolutely sure Lin Dan will be 100% prepared and not play like this come Rio.

So finally after such a long gruelling match it is the Japanese WD Naoko Fukuman / Kurumi Yonao who won the match.

I think if this Japanese pair can win tomorrow final they possibly can up their ranking to 8, which means trouble for Chang/Lee currently ranked 8. Anyone knows the ranking points for this event?
