Actually, Kim DM only took part in this Sudirman Cup because the officials forced him to play and because of the responsibility to defend the SC he decisively contirbuted to win in 2003. He did not want to play. Till the "last second" he resisted taking a clear position towards his participation in SC. So the coaches accepted or were forced to accept the situation that the young players should taste the flair in SC and learn for 2006 and 2008. Lee Cheolho is the youngest member of the Korean National Squad. But the most mysterious thing is thath Lee CH is a singles specialist, not doubles. So I guess they already gave up the match and want young players to gain experience.
