I was just wondering what other people do after a bad training session or competition. If i have a bad training session or match it will take the next day for me to clear my head. What do other people do to overcome this situation?

One has to accept that there are bad days. Failure is part of life and helps you to get better.
To get my head cleared I need to work my butt off. So really hard but simple physical stuff like hill sprints, intense footwork session, circuit out of various exercises targeting the whole body,...

Do anything but badminton and sports. I usually watch cartoons and other nonsensical/illogical shows to just forget about it.

take a shower, lol. there's not much you can do. like phili said, physical training is good to do on off days because lots of the time, bad days are mental. Mental blocks prevent you from getting into a rhythm but usually that doesn't translate into bad physical training.
