The second and third ones counting from the top are for the All England semifinalists (the same design and colour for men and women). I guess the players are allowed to choose which of the two; of course, the doubles players have to wear the exact same design. The first and fourth ones are for the Thomas & Uber Cups (the same design and colour for men and women). Ditto for singles and doubles players.
