shouldn't that be in the joke section?

with LCW and mentally the strongest in the same sentence!

LCW being weaker mentally then LD does not make him mentally weak in an absolute manner. In the past he rarely failed to get to the final of important tournaments.

I agree with the coach that deceptiveness is a great weapon, an important one in LD's arsenal. But perhaps this affirmation by LCW's coach is designed to upset CL.

We called him that in the last Thomas Cup. He was like the strongest number three singles player in the history of the competition! But I believe a better word would be 'banker' player. A player who can depend upon to produce the results.

As I remembered, the number 3 strongest MS didn't have chance to turn the table in the last semi final Thomas cup.

China Open 2016 could be Lin Dan's last tournament per his fans on weibo.

That's right but it doesn't stop him from being a banker player if the score in ties was 2-2.

LCW will play until he get a Olympic Gold, and if that means 4 more years than Lin Dan. then so be it. :)

If Lin Dan wins, he won't quit. He might say he'll quit, but he won't be able to stay away.

    Did You Know?

Legendary shuttler Lin Dan never had a Negative H2H against Lee Chong Wei.

The closest it was is 1-1 in 2005.

Or you could look at it like: Lee Chong Wei once had a neutral H2H against Lin Dan, back in 2005...

I think Lin Dan could have better this 24-10 H2H....There was no real reason to keep losing Malaysia Open Finals to Mr Lee......
