Tommy was given a yellow card, not a red card.
Also, even Gillian Clark says that LD wasted more time than Tommy, and LD has been warned on multiple occasions during the game, but he didn't get a card.

And what is that red racket LD was holding in the end after the match? Looks like a ZFII LCW to me haha

 

LD was given several warnings but not Tommy and suddenly Tommy was given a yellow card.

 

it is because he is LD. he gets a pass by the umpire honored to have had the chance umpiring the game

 

Lin Dan's fitness level is a bit suspect, he's shown breathing heavily after some not-that-long but fast-paced rallies.

I don't know what you are talking about. Misaki/Ayaka won India superseries, and were finalists at singapore. Momota won at Singapore and Indonesia.

 

Tommy will be fined due to the yellow-card warning too. That is ridiculous. The guy is an independent player for god sake.
