Yes, of course, but which version : 4U ? Or 3U, too ? In Germany it's available, too, but only the 4U version ! Regards, Joachim. P. S.: Got mine today (3U) from the shop mentioned earlier, some days delayed due to a post strike in Germany ...
May I suggest that you add the release date to your reviews so that they can be can be better assessed to each other ? Regards, Joachim.
Smashit! please share your weight/headweight on BC before you add a ton of grip.
What a pleasant surprise! Just finished rotating all the grommets and took only one minute to do it! I guess that's the advantage of having grommets that fit loosely in the holes...
To combat an insanely humid sports hall and thunderbolt shuttles I just asked my JS10 to take 30x32, it laughed at me and didn't move.
I'm currently testing JS10. There's so many positives with this racket, although I would dearly love to be re-testing the 3U KRP version. I think I'm going to try a little lead tape on this frame to see what happens... Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
Yep - my grommets are mullered aleady, but the frame itself doesn't give a toss. I reckon it's because it's smaller, myself.
Yep, all else being equal (ie frame thickness, profile, etc), smaller hoop is stronger. And re grommets, as I said a few posts above, these are so easy to rotate because they fit quite looser than normal.
The looseness is a double-edged sword. I had to bin a 32/33 job the other day after a main went bang - cut the centre main, and the top grommet went off like a BB gun pellet. Never found it.
Complete racket Jetspeed 10 KRP 3U "naked", i. e. without strings : 87 Grams. Just the head, i. e. without strings : 37 Grams Racket will be strung this WE, so maybe I can give you the data with strings (ZM 62 Fire) next week. Regards, Joachim.
Z Yep I reckon as long as the shaft is stiff and stable enough to take the extra weight, increasing the head weight might actually take it to the next level.
You may read #1560 and #1580 first. To my impression (and for my style of playing) I'd judge 1) JS 10 2) BS 12 l 3) JS 8 SP. I prefer to play more defensively, but to attack, if possible, so I prefer rackets, which are very fast to maneuver, but have enough "punch" while smashing. Saying that, it's the order mentioned above. In addition, I'd place the Li Ning UC 9000 2nd place : It's faster in defense, but lacks - at least for me - in "penetration force" while attacking. Regards, Joachim.
Firstly, I apologise for probably repeating what has already been answered, but I tried to look through this thread, but there are 97 pages!! I'd like to know what the general consensus is on this racket - how it is regarded. Also, in 4U and 5U, how does it perform in all elements - attack, defence, manoeuvrability. Also what rackets are it comparable to Yonex and Victor. Thanks.
Considering their next racket will be a head-heavy Thruster with an even thinner shaft, this shouldn't be any problem at all.
Ah, though it may have been less. Jumping from 6.8 to 6.4 would have been interesting. Which racket/s have a 6.6??
