If my crystal ball is still working, Korea shall win later 3-2, Japan will get their wins from the WS and WD.

This Sudirman Cup experience is very significantt for Tang Yuanting, just what she needed to stand her in good stead in the future to achieve great success.

Time to talk about KOR vs JPN. I'm with KOR team of course.

    MD : LYD/YYS vs Hashimoto/Hirata = 60 : 40
    WS : Sung Ji Hyun vs Nozomi Okuhara = 51 : 49
    MS : SWH vs Takuma = 55 : 45
    WD : CYN/JKE vs Matsutomo/Takahashi = 50 : 50
    XD : KSH/KHN v Kenta Kazuno/Ayane Kurihara = 60 : 40

They will going through to the finale with 3-0 winning of JPN.
I'm not underestimated JPN team, but they fielded player I could not trust.

INA's WD fight vigorously but at the end it is still not enough to stop CHN from taking the match.

If only INA face other opponents in this SF, not CHN. I think they have some fair chance against KOR/JPN, with advantage in MD & XD and 50-50 in WD.

Well I hope CHN will field the other MD and WD in the final, just no Cai no Yu there! :D

Chen Long is gradually maturing as a mainstay player in major team events, but in my opinion, he is still not composed, steady enough.

The WD victory is mostly due to her steady excellent contribution; Yu Yang is not so good here. Much eager to see Ma or Zhao paired with her in the final.

    I think WD is 30:70
korean WD pairs are not good recently, and MM/AT is no.1

...till INA has the strongest in at least three disciplines! Just MD alone is far from sufficient.

But if INA were facing any other opponent in the SF, it would still have had some chance to make it into final.

These two pairs never meet each other, hardly said it's 70-30 in favor of JPN's one aside from the rank itself.

Jonatan is good, esp. in consideration to his age and exposure, he only makes too many errors in today's match; his net play is excellent. Yet Chen Long doesn't seem to be in his full gear either, can't really blame him cuz he leads in the entire match.

Chen Long can play better than that, in this match, he was rather conservative. Jonatan is good but he was under no pressure, could throw caution to the wind; yes, he is the INA MS to watch in future.

Of course not, Cai/Fu combo isn't same with their heyday, Ahsan/Setiawan was too good for them.

    The nickname, Pale Princess :D

She started good at very early stage against Li XR, really unfortunate for INA team, get well soon Bella!

Something happens to Momota, illness or being injured?

It was so boring to watch that slow pace match but I must admit Chen Long defense was really superb to frustrate his opponent. Few attacking shots by CL, half of his point came from Christie unforced errors. Who will be field in final? I guess most likely Lin Dan particularly if CHN meets KOR.

It depends on who will be China opponent in final :D

Untill INA has solid players at least three disciplines.

WD tie was the most interesting, INA had chance to level 2-2 if they could finished off in straight-sets, at decider fitness level played the role.

Jonatan Christie is one of INA promising players and expected to rise fast as INA can't talk too much in this category after Taufik Hidayat era.
