    two locations....

    one location, it would take 10 minutes using the bus. And the other would take 1 hour by bus.

    Sunday afternoons: ~40 miles.
    Tuesday nights: ~10 miles, if I go from work; ~45 miles from home.
    Friday nights: about the same. Different gym, but just as far.

    All are one-way distances.

    Wednesday = 90 km or 56 miles
    Thursday = 80 km or 50 miles
    Sunday = walk 10 minutes.

    But I have been known to fly 1000 to 2000 miles to attend badminton training.
    :D

    Depends, I mostly commute to the court so I really don't know how many miles or km I travel for that matter I travel.

    To give you a hint (guesstimate) of how many miles here is my travel time:
    Tuesdays: 15 min lazy walk (this is around 2kms from my work place)
    Weekends 1: 30min-90min commute (depends on traffic)
    Weekends 2: 45min-100min commute (depends on traffic)

    The local volleyball court at our clubhouse has also been converted to a badminton court. Its just a 3 minute walk from my house. I don't usually play there since the court surface is coarse cement.

    There is another baddy court near my house, 20minutes walk. I also don't usually play there because of the court surface, you've guessed it, coarse cement too.

    It's hard to find a court near my house that has a decent court surface :(

    One way,

    I travel about 40 miles, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

    I could play on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well, traveling the same 40 miles or more ( courts in different part of town), but those courts are surfaced with vinyl tile (1 mm thick) over a concrete slab. I don't like the effect on my feet and knees.
